Mandatory Sea Plane Transfers

• All guests must pay a mandatory sea plane transfer charge of US dollar 310 per person for their return transfers between the Male’ International Airport and Komandoo. All confirmed reservations will be charged the sea plane transfers. Please email your arrival and departure flight numbers to reservations@komandoo.com to ensure your sea plane transfers are arranged. Sea plane transfer cancellation / amendment need 3 days prior information. The sea planes operate only during day time and hence guests arriving too early or departing late evening will have to make necessary arrangements for the waiting period.
  

• Tropical casuals in the bar and restaurants. Bikinis and wet cloth are not allowed in bar and restaurants.
  
• Nudity prohibited

• Children below 12 years not allowed on the island. Children above 12 years staying at the resort will be charged as an adult.
  

• Check in time 14h00
• Check out time is 11h00

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 29 days before arrival; free cancellation.
• 15 - 28 days before arrival; 3 days charge.
• 14 - 0 days before arrival and early departures; 100% charge of the accommodation.
• Seaplane will be charged if not cancelled within 3 days of arrival date.

Payment Options:

• All local charges at the resort are in USD.
• Major currencies like Euro, British Pound Sterling (Bank of England only), Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Yen, Swiss Francs, etc are accepted at prevailing current local exchange rates.
  
• Maldivian Rufiyaa is not accepted for payment on the resort.
  
• Credit cards accepted are: Master Card, Visa Card and American Express.
