We have just booked for xmas and new year arriving on the 23rd December - can we please have the same room we had last time (november 2006 -- Shell 3 we think). Our 2nd time to Koomando and our 9th Time to the Maldives. Can not wait !!!!!!!!! Thank you to all the staff at Komandoo who made our stay so wonderful. (Feb 15th-22nd)We had an amazing holiday which we will never forget. The water villa No13 was beautiful, and the island is truely unforgetable. We have already booked for February half term 2011 and have not stopped raving about the island to friends and family. You have a perfect island with perfect staff and we are so pleased that we have had the privilidge of being able to vist and to return. next year. HI, We just wanted to say what an amazing time we had again at Komandoo! Spent 10 days in SF5 at the begining of Feb, the weather was unbelievable, the service as always was spot on! Thanks to Johan for the great dancing and Silva for the cocktails! Hi to Bubble and Goose our winning hermit crabs and to the playful dolphins that finished off our out of this world honeymoon! The island manager is super friendly and so so sweet - (a big thank you!) We are proud to wear our 2 x in Komandoo and Hneymoon 2010 t shirts! Hopefully see you very very soon! Tony and Jodie xxxx

Hi Gill and Jim, We're returning for our fifth visit to Komandoo and arrive the day before you, so we'll get the beers in. It really doesn't matter where you stay, JBVs are all great. We prefer the west, sunset side of the island as it seems a bit more quiet, but it really makes little difference. And the sun is directly overhead so you won't go short! See you in the bar. My wife took me to Komandoo for my 60th birthday present in January 2010. I will be taking her for my 61st in January 2011. The place is absolutely superb, great location, accommodation, food, staff, etc, etc. Just too good to put into words. From arrival all the way through to the final departure everything was perfect. Sincere thanks go to all the staff for their wonderful attention and service.

We are going to Komandoo on 6th March so I am counting the days this will be the 4th time to the Maldives but 1st time at Komandoo we have booked a JBV, can anyone tell me if some are better than others for the view and sun (as I love the sun)or are they all the same, anyway I just can't wait Regards Gill
